ACHIEVE is a four-week productivity program that boasts a strong focus on lead generation and learning by “doing.” Agents will learn the skills, do the activities, and utilize the tools to empower them to launch—and sustain—careers that last. Office/Manager involvement is vital for the student’s success to refine habits, track progress, and overcome setbacks while benefiting from coaching and training designed to cure skill gaps. The use of a daily productivity scorecard will keep the participants and leaders on track and in the loop! Class prep and attendance is approximately 10 hours per week for the four weeks.
